FAQ:
What can I eat or not eat?
You will be eating 1-2 healthy meals a day along with your 2 smoothies. You will be eating all whole foods and eating dairy-free, sugar-free and gluten-free. You will avoid all caffeine, alcohol and processed foods.
Is it low calorie?
Depending on your health goals, you can adjust your cleanse to be higher or lower caloric value. We will discuss this on call 1.
Is this vegetarian?
The main kit is not vegeatarian because it utilizes beef protein. However we also offer a kit that is vegan with pea protein below.
Can I exercise?
You should be able to exercise fairly normally, but it's possible you'll have some days when you feel weaker and it's better to do lighter exercise or rest on these days. Your body is working hard to detox!
What if I'm on medications?
You may continue your medications as directed. Please consult with your physician before stating this or any new health protocol.
What if I'm breastfeeding?
